Reservation Overview


All Cabin reservations require a  deposit of $200 per person.

If a person would like to be the sole occupant of a double occupancy cabin, double the deposit according to rate above. For family cabin or suites, lead person is responsible for coordinating deposits and final payments. Make arrangements with those in your group to collect and  pay the total costs. Provide names and addresses for those who will share your cabin.

Deposits can be made by check or money order. Allow up to two weeks for check/payments to be credited to your account. Returned check fee is $40. Make payments to: SJR Media Group, LLC, P.O. Box 12062, Denver Co 80212.

Terms and conditions: Carnival reserves the right to re-instate the fuel supplement for all guests at up to $9 per person per day if the NYMEX oil price exceeds $70 per barrel. Cruise rates are in US dollars, per person, based on double occupancy, capacity controlled, cruise only and subject to change at any time without prior notice.

Installment Payments

After making your deposit, installment payments can be made to pay off the remaining balance.  Cabin reservations must be paid in full by September 30, 2013.  Visit our Monthly Payments page for more details.

*Note: There are a limited number of suites, travelers of 4 cabins, and grand suites, If reserving any of these, cabins must be paid in full by September 30, 2013

If deposit for a reservation is made on August 31, 2013 or thereafter, payment in full must be made by September 30, 2013

If you desire to book cabins after September 1, you will be subject to adjusted increased pricing.

Refunds - Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cancel your reservation on or before August 31, 2013, we will retain $150 for processing and administrative fees and return to you the balance. If you cancel on or after September 1, 2013 you forfeit all payments made.

Travel Insurance - Recommended

Unforeseen situations can occur when you least anticipate them forcing you to cancel or interrupt your trip, lose your vacation investment, and incur unplanned expenses. We do not provide this insurance, but we strongly recommend that you consider the purchase of travel insurance from a national insurer such as, Insure My Trip, Access America, or CSA Travel Protection. They will share with you various options.  

Travel Agent Program Info

The Groove Line VIP Cruise Travel Agent Program allows eligible travel agents to book their clients on the 2013 Groove Line VIP Cruise For The Connoisseur.  Details on the program are described below:

·Program is for bona fide travel agents only. A valid IATA or CLIA listing is required.

·Agents must apply using our official travel agent application. You may download the application by clicking on the link below.

·Agents must also submit a completed W-9 form, which is attached to the application.

·All information on the application will be verified. We reserve the right to reject any application for any reason.

·If your application is approved, an agency code will be issued to you. The agency code must be used for all of your bookings for the The Groove Line VIP Cruise.

·Commissions will be paid to agency for all of agency's eligible cabin bookings for the 2013 Groove Line VIP Cruise.

·Further details will be forwarded upon approval of application.
